The application process should take 15-20 minutes. However, after 30 minutes of inactivity, you will be timed out and will have to start over.

Gather some information
- Driver's License Number
- Social Security Number
- Contact information for four(4) references
- Pastor's Name - Church, Church Address, Phone Number, Pastor's email address
- Non-Family Member Name - address, phone, email address
- Non-Family Member Name - address, phone, email address
- CEF Affiliate's Name - address, phone, email address
- Testimony of your salvation experience - type up in advance so you can copy and paste it into the application

What Happens Next
- Once you have completed the Application/Background screening process, plan to attend the next board meeting.
- The local board and state board will give approval.
