Good News Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship. In June 2001, the US Supreme Court ruled that Good News Clubs could be held after school in all public elementary school buildings.
Now children can have a great time singing, memorizing Bible verses, hearing cliff hanger missionary stories and learning from true Bible stories. Each club presents the Gospel message in a clear way so that children can understand what it means become a child of God. An invitation is given so the children have an opportunity to make an eternal commitment to the one true King, Jesus Christ. |
5-Day Club is a summer ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship. 5-Day Clubs are held in daycares, recreation centers, YMCAs, apartment complexes, neighborhoods and parks. The children gather together to hear exciting Bible stories, sing songs, learn Bible verses, listen to a missionary story and hear the Gospel clearly presented.
5-Day clubs are conducted by CEF trained youth, ages 16-21. These young people are committed to sharing the Gospel with children in our community for 5 weeks during the summer. |
Sacks of Snacks is a ministry of the local Child Evangelism Fellowship office. While the primary focus is meeting the spiritual needs of children, we are also called to meet the physical needs of children as well.
Although children receive breakfast or lunch at school, they may have little to no access to food on the weekends. Snack food items are donated by individuals to the local CEF office. These items are then bagged, boxed and delivered to an elementary school in our community. The school determines which children would benefit most from the Sacks of Snacks and places them in their backpacks on Fridays so they can have food over the weekend. |
